This policy explains what information Shingle collects and how we use it.

What we collect

• Public business information, such as your business name, address, phone, hours, category and rating from public listings, to build previews.
• What you send us, such as your contact details, logo, photos, and the details you give us in our forms or by email.
• Payment information, handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic site traffic, such as pages visited, collected by our hosting provider to keep the site running.

How we use it

To build, run and update your website, to contact you about your preview or your account, and to bill you. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

Only the services we use to run the business: Stripe for payments, our hosting and domain providers, and our form provider when you upload files. Each handles your information only to provide its service.

How long we keep it

Previews are deleted within 30 days. Customer information is kept while you are a customer and as long as needed for billing and legal records afterward.

Your choices

You can ask us to take down a preview, correct your information or delete it by emailing [email protected].
